If you don’t find what you are looking for on our sales floor we offer our customers an option to place a special order on brand-new merchandise. Our experienced staff will work to get the item you are looking for using our expansive network of wholesale and dealer contacts.
What is a Special Order
If lightly used, estate or pre-owned items are not for you, then special order is our solution. Mainly used within our jewelry and firearms departments, we can commonly provide a quote well below our competitors for new products.

How We Process Special Orders
If you don’t find the item you are looking for in our store, ask a member of our team to see if we can order what you are looking for. We will predetermine the final retail price and collect a 50% down payment prior to placing the order. Jewelry and firearms special orders are the most common. For firearms, we have partnered with Gallery of Guns to allow you to initiate the order yourself for just 10% over our already low wholesale cost.
