What is a Firearms Transfer?
A Firearms Transfer at Cash Connection is very similar to a buy with one exception, rather than make a cash offer we trade for the customer’s item with an item from our sales floor. The customer is giving up their interest in an item in exchange for an item we have out for sale.
A firearm can only be shipped to a Federal Firearms License holder. As such we work with our customers to provide the necessary paperwork and information to receive firearms from other license holders.
How We Transfer Firearms?
Should you need Cash Connection to receive a firearm for you please contact our specific location to initiate this process. We charge $50.00 for each firearm received into our business and customers will also need to pay an additional $10.00 fee for the required background check conducted by Oregon State Police. Once the necessary background check has been approved by Oregon State Police and the fees have been paid your firearm will be transferred into your possession.
